Parque Empresarial del Este second phase will be developed on 2,5 hectares of land located adjacent to first phase and served by the same infrastructure. Total construction area will be approximately 12,000 m2 (129.168 sq.ft.) distributed between two one single floor office buildings and commercial area and foodcourt named Plaza San Gabriel.
